We're excited to welcome Teah Bishop, LMT to the Calallen office!

Teah has a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on biomechanics and an Associates Degree in Biology. The whole reason why Teah chose these subjects to focus on, alongside massage, was to combine these two areas to help clients with their pain. Massage has the ability to provide more than relaxing benefits.

Massage can provide therapeutic benefits with the right education and certifications. Knowing this, Teah has spent her career building her massage and education portfolio. The massage styles and techniques she has perfected over the years include swedish, myofascial, trigger point, thai, ashiatsu, prenatal, deep tissue, sports, cupping, gua sha, chair, reflexology, medical/therapeutic, lymphatic, hot stone and cold stone.

Teah believes the best way to alleviate a clients pain and help with muscular issues is to create a customized massage that combines all that she has learned into a massage session that best meets the clients needs and goals.
