POLICY CHANGE – MASSAGE THERAPY (effective 01/01/2022)

As of April 1, 2018, Armadillo Sport Chiropractic will no longer be taking insurance for massage therapy. We will provide you with documentation to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

We hope to answer some of the questions you may have:

What is the cost?
1 Hour Massage – $80
90 Minute Massage - $110
1 Hour Massage / Adjustment Combination - $110

How do I get reimbursed?
Our office will provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Payment for massage therapy is due at the time of service and then it is up to you as the patient to file the claim with your insurance carrier to be reimbursed.

What about FSA/HSA accounts?
If your FSA/HSA plan provides you with a credit card (with a Visa or Mastercard logo), you can use your card to pay for massage (although it is ultimately up to your FSA/HSA company to approve/deny the transaction). You will need the receipt we provide to substantiate the payment.
