Michelle Shaw, LMT has been a LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist) since 1999. During her years of practice, she has had extended training in several areas including; Sports massage, Reciprocal Inhibition, Acupressure, Reflexology, Headache-Migraine therapy and her all time passion is pregnancy massage through labor and delivery. Couples Pregnancy Massage classes were a dream of hers; she started the classes because she saw a need for mothers wanting to have more tender loving care from their husbands/significant others. This class teaches the husband "How To" massage without hurting. Michelle is a graduate of HMI College (California) and a certified hypnotherapist. She is certified in weight loss, smoking and pain control. She obtained this certification in order to help her clients even more on their journeys to live a healthier lifestyle.
She has been happily married to her husband Jay for 30 years. They have two adult daughters Rachelle and Kelsea along with their 3 cats. Michelle enjoys fitness, healthy eating and helping others.
