How to Use a Voodoo Band
Voodoo bands are a great tool for increasing mobility though the body and into the muscles and joints.
Follow these three steps for a quick release.
Wrap the band toward the heart –
Motion – the best way I know is to spell the alphabet with your body part that is wrapped
Resistance – squats for lower body, pushups for upper body
Sports specifity – try to mimic what irritates the area
Now, repeat the three steps with the band off to flush the area with blood in the same matter you just made the gliding surfaces work.
Easy stuff, stay with it and get mobile!
